What will you do?:
Raptor is looking to add a Professional Services Engineer to our growing team. The Professional Services Engineer is a key position to support Raptor Technologies�?? continued growth and expanding our market leading position by ensuring a successful implementation for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work from home and will travel to client sites on an as needed basis (25% travel).
- Meeting with clients following the sale to collect data and other information required to customize software systems.
- Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software systems.
- Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Customizing software systems based on clients�?? individual needs and specifications.
- Educating clients on how to use software systems and customized system features.
- Conduct virtual trainings for client�??s on our solution offerings.
- Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
- Installing customized software systems and all necessary components.
- Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
- Bachelor�??s degree in a Business related or technical field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a project management and customer centric role.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think technically.
- Strong soft skills are a must.
